Q: Ukrainian women - Why?
A: Because unlike many American women, the women from these countries are not spoiled and they do not have unrealistic expectations about life. They are instead seeking faithful, loving men, who live in countries where there are better economic conditions. If you treat these women good they will make you feel like a king!

Q: How do I get started?
A: Read about the services we provide. Decide on the membership or non membership route. Use the search page to find the ladies you are looking for. You will not get replies from all of the ladies you write to, so don't just pick one or two. Order their addresses and write, email or phone them. From then on, it's up to you. If you wish to meet any of the ladies you write to, we can arrange a personal tour when you get to that stage.

Q: How do you accept payments for your services?
A: We accept cash, personal checks, money orders, wire transfers, credit cards.

Q: Many women I am interested in are younger than I am...what about our age differences?
A: The women of these European countries have different social values than your typical American woman. Older men mean better stability and the age differences in marriages are often 10-20 years apart. They are more interested in how well you will treat them than in how old you are. If you see someone that you like go ahead and write to them even if they say they are interested in men in a different age group.

Q: Are these girls for real?
A: Yes, all the girls on this site are actively trying to find a foreign partner for marriage or a long term relationship. We ask all of our ladies, on a regular basis, if they wish to be removed from our database so we only list the girls who are actively looking for a partner.

Q: I didn't fully understand the charges for your services. I am getting ready to write to some of your ladies, Do they have to pay to write back to me?
A: It costs $5 for a normal letter, $6 for a registered letter, and $10 per page (650 words) for translation. Printing photos costs $4 each. To use the service, you need to retrieve the ladies address and have transferred sufficient funds into your mail forwarding account. The ladies are not charged for replying to you. Your mail forwarding account is charged for the ladies correspondence, in the same way as you are charged for sending correspondence to the ladies. You can send mail through our service to any lady, providing you have her full address.

Q: How to purchase a single address?
A: You should visit the Album page or the Latest Additions page, or use the Search Engine and click on the thumbnail of the girl who's address you want purchase. This will open her profile page in a new browser window, where you will see a button

. Press it and this lady will be added into your shopping cart. Then please press

Order form will open where you should fill in your personal info. Upon completion of this form press the 'Continue' button and you will be taken to the secure server where you will accomplish the payment process, and after this you will see addresses on your confirmation page in your browser and also immediate confirmations by E-mail will be sent to you. It's it!

Q: How to purchase a few addresses, getting discount?
A: The more addresses you buy, the less expensive each of them will be:

1    address is $10
2    addresses are $9 each
3-5 addresses are $8 each
6-9 addresses are $7 each
7    addresses are $6.57 each
8    addresses are $6 each
9    addresses are $5.4 each
10 and more addresses are $5 each
20 and more addresses are $3.75 each

When you add the last one, do not close a window with shopping cart - revise it, and edit by unchecking the girls that you don't really want and pressing Refresh button.

Q: How many ladies should I write to, to ensure I get a response?
A: Most clients take advantage of the fact the price falls to $5 each per address, instead of the usual $10 per address, when you order 10 addresses or more. Members also get to retrieve 10 addresses per month free of charge, so they also tend to write to a lot of ladies. In short the answer is that if you write to only one or two ladies, you are severely limiting your chances. You should start with about ten ladies you like, write to them by postal mail if your in no hurry for a reply, or via our mail forwarding service, if you would like to get a reply more quickly, or can't be bothered to address and post ten letters in one go. Remember to include a good photo of yourself. Then sit back and see how it goes, and the number of replies you get. If you don't get many replies, revise your letter or expectations accordingly and try again.

Q: What benefit do I get from being a member of your site?
A: You get to retrieve up to ten addresses free per month, and five free letters with answers per month. Membership lasts for one year.

Q: I've just received a'low account notification' what does this mean?
A: This means that an agent has tried to send a reply from a lady you wrote to. When you sent the letter you agreed to pay for the reply but at this time your account does not have sufficient funds to pay for the lady's reply. Please read this page for further information and to add funds to your account: 'Add money here'

Q: How can I check the balance of my account?
A: This page shows all your current account information: 'Your account' Here you can change your personal details (email address, postal address, password etc etc). You can also retrieve any addresses you have ordered in the past and have forgotten or lost.

Q: I've changed my email address and forgotten my password to login.
A: You can change your email address and retrieve your password on this page as well. 'Your account' For those of you who have forgotten your password just enter your email address and click on 'retrieve password' and it will be emailed to you in a few minutes. To change your email address just login with your existing email address and password and change it on the screen that follows.

Q: If a woman has no foreign language listed on her profile, should I assume she doesn't speak English?
A: If a lady has no language ability listed, then she can not speak that language.

Q: Why do the ladies on your site want to find a foreign guy?
A: We get asked this question a lot. Many of the girls we speak to are very highly educated and professionally qualified (doctors, teachers etc). The answer is two fold, the disappointment in Russian men and the poor economic situation. I got a very good explanation of this from a Russian lady I spent some time with in Ukraine. "They drink too much. If they don't drink, they have many lovers. If they don't have many lovers, they don't have a job and can't provide for our family. If they work and provide for our family, they beat us. Is it surprising we prefer foreign men?"

Q: How to make a right choice?
A: You never know in advance if this certain girl can be match for you... Sometimes two nicest and most intelligent people cannot be together because of any mysterious reasons that are not ever visible for others as well as for them, too! But anyway, you have to start somehow. So, try to tell yourself first what are the most important SIMPLE issues for you in a woman that can be your wife: if you are agree she to have children, if her education is important for you, if her height or weight are important, etc. Use then our search engine selecting all girls that suit these requirements. Then look at the photos and see which girls appeal to you the most. Then I would advice you to choose those girls whose addresses were retrieved the MINIMAL number of times! There will be MUCH larger probability to establish a good and sincere relationship with just such girls. I saw girls here whose addresses were retrieved for 50-60 and more times and... they get lost in all the names and other characteristics and if you ask her in two weeks after receiving your letter who are you and what are you I bet she will never remember!! She read 40 more letters after that and all this stuff is mixed in her beautiful head... Except that she knows that she will get more responses tomorrow... and after tomorrow... and maybe just in a week she will get a letter from Tom Cruise for sure :)) So, she will reject any other man who doesn't look like him! At the same time be sure that a girl who received her last letter a couple weeks ago misses communication, she is not spoiled with lots of men's attention and she surely will answer you and will think of you every night and wait for your response impatiently. Her heart is more tender, more sensitive, she is more open for you! And finally be sure that she is much less selfish than a girl who looks like photo model and who gets lots of letters and lots of flowers from lots of men. Remember, that you look for a WIFE!

Q: I was scammed a few times.
A: How can I know if YOUR ladies are honest? I know about scams maybe more than anybody else because I provide investigations for men at the cases they feel something wrong about the lady they corresponded with. Yes, it happens. Some dishonest people use girls or just beautiful photos that they get in magazines or on other sites (BTW, I also was a victim of this kind of scam!) and make money on men who think they correspond with a real girl. Men are asked for money "For corresponding/translation service", "I can get a visitor's visa to the US but I need $2.000.00 for this", "For tickets to visit you, my dear", etc. All this as well as any other kind of scam is completely impossible if you communicate with our girls through us. Why? 1. She will NEVER need money for covering her corresponding/translation expenses because our service is totally FREE for women. We don't ask them to pay any cent. 2. The letters that go through us are translating with our staff and if any hint to this kind of intention would be noticed this lady would be removed IMMEDIATELY. We remove all and each lady if we get any compromising info about her wrong behavior or intentions. Our reputation as an honest and reliable agency is MUCH more important for us than a few dollars that we can earn on the beautiful, but dishonest in any way lady.

Q: What should I tell themin my first letter?
A: Women around the world are alike in many ways. They all want to know details about things, and they like to hear everything described in a romantic tone of voice. Most men on the other hand want to know just the facts. When you write to a woman tell her all about yourself, where you live, what you like to do, your goals in life, what kind of a person you are, and who you are looking for. Don't make the mistake of making all of this sound like a shopping list like so many men do, and don't be negative, talk about your problems, or be too blunt in your choice of words. Be romantic and happy and describe things in a way so that a woman can almost picture in her mind what it is that you are talking about. How do you know if you are doing a good job of it? She will write back to you and tell you so!

Q: What are the three biggest mistakes most men make?
A: They write to too few women, they send poor quality photos, and badly written letters to beautiful educated women and then are disappointed when they get few replies to their letters! If you want to attract high quality women then you must show them that you too are intelligent. Please take the time and expense to send these women a professional photo taken of yourself if at all possible and you will not be disappointed in the results.

Q:    How often do you check the information on your ladies. And why do you not show how long a lady has been on your agency?
A:    We have some software that tracks how many letters a woman receives through our mail forwarding service and how many times she replies. Our women are encouraged to reply to all letters they receive even if it's a 'no thank you'. It costs nothing for the ladies to reply and is a matter of courtesy. If a woman does not reply to 3 or more letters in a row she is removed as not being serious.
    Women move and don't tell us. We are continually checking the ladies are still available. If we can't contact them they are removed until such a time that we can contact them.
    A number of women decide to leave our agency because they receive no letters. Others leave because they receive 100's of letters but no men visit them and they become despondent and tired of writing for months on end with no results.
    Many more have married. In other words maintaining the database is a constant effort and a high priority.
    We do not show how long a lady has been on our database because some women have been online now for 2 years and tell us they still want to find a man to marry. If we showed how long they have been online men would write to the ladies that have been on a shorter time. This is just not fair. As I have said earlier all our ladies are currently wishing to marry a foreign man regardless of how long they have been on our database.

Q: I am in my 50’s. What age group do you recommend I write to?
A: Most Russian women look to men 10 years older than themselves because they offer the stability that younger man can not offer them. However as the man’s age increases so does the difference in age that is acceptable. I do not recommend you writing to women more than 15 years younger than yourself.

Q: I don't have time to travel to Russia. Can the women come and meet me here in the USA?
A: No they can't. The US government will not issue tourist visa's for Ukrainian women or women from FSU (Former Soviet Union) countries if you have not already met in person. The UK, Canadian and Australian governments also have similar rules. Lets look at this from your governments view point. Your country is one of the most 'desirable' countries in the world to emigrate to. Each year 1000's of immigrants enter your country illegally. Now they have a 23 year old woman saying she wants to travel 1000's of miles to meet someone who is more or less a complete stranger apart from some letters and phone calls. She probably doesn't speak a lot of English, has never been out of Russia before and doesn't have any money. Would you give her a visa?

Q: I'm having trouble uploading photos when trying to send a letter. What am I doing wrong?
A: First, you first need to ensure the picture is less than 100kb in size. This is the maximum size allowed. Secondly, the file needs to be in JPG format. Most imaging packages can save in JPG format, so if the file has a different extension, convert it to JPG using a package such as Paint Shop Pro. Finally, the filename must NOT contain any spaces. If it does, rename the file to remove the spaces. The pictures should now upload without any problems. If you are sending a large number of pictures, it may take a few minutes for your modem to upload the pictures to our server.
